Monte Terevaka is the highest point on Easter Island at 1,600 feet.

From Ahu Akivi, there is a trail up to the highest point on the Island. It’s a steep climb over some rolling hills and farmland. The summit will give you vistas over the entire island. Easter Island is quite small and being able to see every bit of land followed by nothing but ocean into the horizon is very serene.
